1. Warranty Policy

1.1. Sit Design is committed to providing high-quality products and services. Our warranty policy applies only to cases where a product is proven to be defective due to a manufacturing error.
1.2. This warranty does not cover damages resulting from misuse, mishandling, or unauthorized modifications.

2. Return and Exchange Policy

2.1. Please note that Sit Design does not accept returns or exchanges under any circumstances.
2.2. All sales are final, and it is the customer’s responsibility to review product details and specifications before placing an order.
2.3. We encourage our customers to contact us prior to making a purchase if they have any questions or concerns about our products or services.

3. Limitation of Liability

3.1. Sit Design is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of our products.
3.2. Customers accept and acknowledge that all purchases are made “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, except as expressly stated in the Warranty Policy.

4. Amendments to the Policy

4.1. Sit Design reserves the right to modify or update this Warranty, Return, and Exchange Policy at any time without prior notice.
4.2. Any changes will become effective upon being posted on our website or communicated to customers.

5. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

5.1. This Policy is governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey.
5.2. The parties agree that the Courts and Execution Offices of Istanbul (Anatolian Side) shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from this Policy.
