Membership Agreement

1. Parties

This Membership Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between Sit Design (“Company”, “We”, “Our”) and the individual or entity registering as a member (“Member”, “You”, “Your”). By registering as a member, you accept and agree to the terms and conditions outlined herein.

2. Purpose of Membership

2.1. The purpose of this Agreement is to define the rights and responsibilities of the parties regarding membership to Sit Design’s services and platforms.
2.2. Membership grants access to certain exclusive features, resources, and content provided by Sit Design, as specified by the Company.

3. Membership Registration and Obligations

3.1. To become a member, you must complete the registration process, provide accurate and complete information, and agree to this Agreement.
3.2. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your membership account and password.
3.3. You agree to promptly update your information if any changes occur.

4. Membership Benefits and Restrictions

4.1. Members may access exclusive resources, content, or services as determined by Sit Design.
4.2. Membership does not grant ownership rights to any content, design, or intellectual property provided by Sit Design.
4.3. Membership privileges are non-transferable and may not be shared with third parties.

5. Termination of Membership

5.1. Sit Design reserves the right to terminate or suspend your membership at any time, with or without notice, if you violate this Agreement or any other applicable policies.
5.2. You may terminate your membership at any time by notifying Sit Design in writing.
5.3. Upon termination, your access to membership benefits will cease immediately.

6. Limitation of Liability

6.1. Sit Design is not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of membership services.
6.2. Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

7. Privacy Policy

7.1. Sit Design will handle your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By registering as a member, you consent to the collection, use, and processing of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Amendments to the Agreement

8.1. Sit Design reserves the right to amend this Agreement at any time, with or without notice.
8.2. Amendments will become effective upon publication on the Sit Design website or notification to members.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

9.1. This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey.
9.2. The parties agree that the Courts and Execution Offices of Istanbul (Anatolian Side) shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from this Agreement.
